“ It's always a fun time when I visit Texas Roadhouse - great food, friendly service, and lively environment. Their fresh bread rolls are so delicious with their famous cinammon butter and they bring you unlimited bread baskets. Any steak I've ordered here has always come out perfectly cooked and the sides are very consistent. Their strawberry margarita can be sooo good (depending on who makes it) but it has definitely not been the same every time I've been. ”
“ crossed the toll bridge just to try this place for the very first time; no regrets! my party and i (3 of us) came during a saturday evening and we were seated right away. it looked so packed inside and i thought there would be a wait, but luckily there was none :) menus are conveniently at the tables and you're served roadhouse rolls immediately. they were sooo warm, and remained fluffy even when they got cold. now i get the hype. our waitress was very sweet, and so was the girl she was training. they came out right away and were very patient with me while i had trouble choosing what to order. our food came out after a quick 10-15 minutes. everything was delicious!! they're very classic american flavors and dishes such as burgers, steaks, ribs, etc. our total was only about $75 which was very surprising considering we ordered a ton of extras (bunch of drinks, loaded baked potatoes, larger steak, etc). if you're in the mood for a classic, heavy steak, this is the place to go!! ”
“ Texas Road House-you have redeemed yourself! A few years ago, I had a not-so-good review on your restaurant. My wife and I decided to give it another try and we were pleasantly surprised! We went there on 3-17-2025, right around opening time 11::00AM) so we could avoid any lunchtime crowd. The staff were great, friendly and courteous and were able to be seated right away. M wife hand the sirloin and rib comb, I had the BBQ chicken and sirloin combo both were delicious. And of course the rolls were awesome as always! Well done Texas Roadhouse! ”
“ We picked our steaks before we were seated. We also got on the wait list prior to arriving so once we arrived we just didn't have to wait. The steak was perfectly cooked and for my sides I ordered the cup of chili and steak fries so delicious. The ambiance was chill surprisingly since it's Valentines day but we came for dinner early. We love coming here for dinner. ”
“ I had an amazing time. Amber made this an experience beyond just the food. Her service was one of the best I have ever seen and I would come back for her. #amberneedsaraise ”
“ We're not familiar with the restaurants in the area and were happy to find something recognizable. The wait was an hour, so try to remember to join the waitlist from their website in advance if you go during the Saturday night dinner rush like we did. We drove somewhere else that sounded good, but it didn't look quite as appealing once we arrived, so we ended up returning and parked about halfway through our wait time. At least we were able to stay in the car until they texted me to come in. Unfortunately coming in didn't mean getting seated. We had to stand like sardines in a small entry vestibule (because it was cold and rainy) for another 10 minutes or so before being taken to our table, where we stood for a couple more minutes as the table was being cleaned. The bread wasn't quite a good as I recalled, but the cactus blossom came out quickly and perfectly crispy. My little one enjoyed the mini cheeseburgers and thought the bread was amazing. My husband enjoyed his ribs & ribeye. I liked the ribeye. It was a good cut and cooked perfectly, but the seasoning was a bit bland. Overall we enjoyed dinner. It's definitely above average for a chain. ”
“ Came for lunch on a Friday afternoon. Not very busy and got seated right away. The host was very personable. Restaurant and bathrooms were clean. Our waitress was very prompt wjth getting our drinks and order and making sure our drinks were refilled. The steaks are always on point. ”
“ Texas Roadhouse in Fairfield isn't my go-to for dinner - truth be told, it's not even on the list. But its undeniable popularity, with a perpetually packed parking lot during dining hours, piqued my curiosity and I was pleasantly surprised. The bread and cinnamon butter, a praised staple, lived up to the hype. As for our meal, we kicked things off with fried pickles. A bit on the salty side, but tasty nonetheless. I opted for the pork chop, which was solid. Nice flavor, no complaints. My wife went for the ribeye. Was it life-changing? No. But it was a well-prepared and executed steak, done medium as requested with good flavor. So, does this visit elevate Texas Roadhouse to a preferred dining option? Probably not. But it certainly dispels the unfounded dread that typically accompanies the mention of chain restaurants. ”
